The data collected in the form will not be used for any other purpose other than what the information was originally collected for by Dan Housego Cricket Coaching and data collection and will not be disclosed to any external sources without your written consent (unless there is a legal obligation to do so). The information on this form will be retained by Dan Housego Cricket Coaching on a secured database and secure cabinets.
Membership
There is a £30 joining fee for all packages
30 days cancellation policy - within this will result in previous months payment
All payments to be made before your 1st session via direct debit
No transferring of hours allowed
48 hour cancellation & session rescheduling policy for all confirmed sessions. Applicable for all packages
Booking and Payment Terms
The Customer acknowledges that an Activity is offered on a first come, first served basis subject to availability and to these Terms & Conditions, the Ground Regulations and DHCC’s health, safety and security rules and regulations which may be in place from time to time. Bookings must be made online via the Platform or via telephone on +447985774180 and the Customer must pay the Charges in full and cleared funds at the time of making the Booking. Customers who have successfully booked an Activity will receive confirmation by email to the email address provided by the Customer as part of the Booking process (Confirmation Email). At this point a legally binding contract will be in place between DHCC and the Customer. If a Customer makes a Booking on behalf of a third party, the Customer shall be deemed to be acting with authority of the person for whom the Customer is making the Booking for and for the avoidance of doubt this includes acting with authority of the person to agree to these Terms & Conditions. Any Customers with accessibility needs are requested to email danhousegocc@gmail.com at the time of Booking to allow DHCC to make any reasonable and practicable adjustments within DHCC’s control. By making a Booking, the Customer will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Customer agrees to bring the Terms & Conditions, including the Ground Regulations, to the attention of any Participant(s) and confirms that the Participant(s) have also read and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Activities
Net Hire - Bookings are limited to six Participants at one time.
Coaching and Under 18s - If coaching forms part of the Activity, DHCC will use reasonable endeavours to provide the coach requested by the Customer, but all coaches are subject to availability and DHCC cannot guarantee that a particular coach will be available for the Activity. All coaching sessions provided by DHCC will last for 60 minutes’ duration unless otherwise specified. A coach may photograph and/or film the Customer and/or the Participant(s) during a coaching session as a legitimate coaching aid. If a coach wishes to film or/photograph your Activity, the Customer and/or the Participant(s) will be required to complete a consent form signifying their consent. If the Customer and/or the Participant(s) does not wish to have the session photographed or filmed, you should inform DHCC at the time of the Booking. Any Bookings made for Participants under the age of 18 (without the services of a coach) must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Cancellations
For all Cricket Camps, cancelling your booking between 6 and 13 working days before the start date will result in a 50% credit note and 5 working days or less will result in 0% refund. No refund will be given unless a doctor’s certificate can be produced as proof of illness. Please Note: Dan Housego Cricket Coaching reserves the right to cancel any course if they consider it necessary. The cost of the course will be refunded in a credit note, or additional sessions will be arranged to replace those cancelled. For 1 2 1 sessions, Masterclasses, Group Sessions, Birthday Parties & Lane Hire (+ Bowling Machine Hire & Coach Hire), a full 48 hours is required for cancelling appointments. If you cancel with less than 48 hours before your appointment time, you will be billed for 100% of the cost of your appointment. If you need to rearrange a session within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will be billed 100% of the cost of your appointment. By securing your booking, you are agreeing to this term and condition.
